Hospital to introduce paid parking on 1 March 2017
Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (HBDHB) will introduce paid parking for staff and visitors to its Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial and Corporate Office site in Hastings from 1 March between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Six cases Paratyphoid now confirmed
Six cases of Paratyphoid Fever have now been confirmed by Hawke’s Bay District Health Board, today (26 September). Five confirmed cases have required hospital care at Hawke’s Bay Hospital, and another has needed treatment in Auckland. All patients are recovering with treatment.

Four cases Paratyphoid now confirmed

Hawke’s Bay District Health Board is investigating four confirmed cases of Paratyphoid Fever and is following up three suspect cases. All four confirmed cases have required hospital care at Hawke’s Bay Hospital. At least two of the cases ate mussels gathered from Napier’s Ahuriri area. -
